- Navigate to “P:\Office of Research\Research Computing\RC\Avizo\Avizo 2023.1.1” and select the operation system package from Windwos/Linux, copy executable file to your Desktop.
- Right click the setup file and select Run as administrator.
- Setup Wizard will start. Installation is straight forward, just select the default options.
- When asked for which edition to install, select your required one.
- For licensing option, select “License server activation (last option)” and click next. Installation will begin. Installation process can take several minutes.
- Once installation is completed, run the software. You will be prompted for License configuration window. Select “Activate License”. Select “License server” and enter rc-license.qatar.tamu.edu in Main License Server field.
